TERMS OF SALE: 10% Buyer's Premium applicable to all purchases. Payment is expected on the day of sale. Preferred forms of payment are Cash, Personal Checks (funds drawn from local banks only unless otherwise pre-approved by the auctioneer) and Credit Cards (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover only). Oklahoma residents will be subject to a sales tax rate of 8.517% unless they have an Oklahoma sales tax permit. Customers must submit a copy of their Oklahoma sales tax permit to be eligible for tax exemption.(unless we already have a copy on file). VEHICLES MUST BE PAID FOR WITH CASH OR CASHIER’S CHECK! FREE TITLE NOTARIZATION AVAILABLE!
